"Purchased a travel neck pillow"
I got myself a travel neck pillow for 16 euros, thinking it would be a decent quality item. After just an hour of use, it turned out to be quite uncomfortable, and then the air chamber inside gave out, making it useless. I'm really let down by this product and I definitely wouldn't suggest it.

"Pillow damaged, replacement on the way"
Review Update after filing a claim: The pillow got damaged after just the second use, and I shot them an email, but didn’t hear back. I ended up sending another email, and they replied within 24 hours. After providing some details, they agreed to send a replacement. So, while it’s true that even good products can have a hiccup during manufacturing, I gotta say, their customer support was quick to respond and handled everything in a friendly manner.

I got two inflatable pillows from this brand. Unfortunately, both developed leaks that couldn't be fixed within three months. I won't be buying any pillows from this brand again.
